The plumbing warranty is valid for one year.
It starts the day the fixtures are installed and the invoice is sent.
If it's an emergency, someone will contact you as soon as possible. You will be contacted within 24 hours if it's not an emergency.
For defective plumbing fixtures, the builder covers the warranty.
Upon moving into the house, you will receive a free walkthrough explaining the warranty, how it works, and how to set up the water heater's warranty.
You must set up the water heater warranty. To register the warranty on a Navien or Rinnai tankless water heater, visit the Navien or Rinnai website and follow the instructions to register your product. Registering your product within the first 60 days of the purchase date is important to secure the extended warranty.
Send an email at Warranty.gnrlsp@gmail.com explaining your issue. Please attach pictures or videos.
In the same email, please write the:

If you call about a problem that isn't a plumbing problem but something else, you will be charged $125 + the time it takes to investigate the issue. EXAMPLE: If the water heater is not powered by electricity. Or if there are water leaks from tiles, rain, windows, doors, or anything else that leaks water, but it's not caused by broken or loose pipes.
